A. Of course not! Being forgiven of sin is between God and man. A sex offender who attacks children is usually a victim of abuse himself or is otherwise disturbed. The recivity rate for those guys is near 100%. So, yes God can and will forgive them and no they should not be trusted around children. BS question BTW...
